The Order of the Founders and Patriots in the District of Columbia held its 88th Annual Meeting on April 7, 2013, at the Columbia Country Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland. During that meeting, former Governor Timothy Christopher Finton, Esq. handed over the gavel to newly-elected Governor David Harding Wetmore, Esq. after completing two years of exemplary service to the District of Columbia Society.
