Fall 2012 Bulletin
We held our fall meeti ng at the Gelston House next to the historic Goodspeed Opera House on Sunday, November 4th in East Haddam,
CT. Our tradition is to hold a joint fall meeting with other small patriotic societies prior to the annual Massing of the Colors. This year the Massing was held right up the street at St. Stephen’s Church which is just in front of the Nathan Hale Schoolhouse.
Reports were given by Ken Roach and Stephen Shaw from the General Court in Chicago. Our associates where very interested in the minor
change to the membership requirements which would allow all eight of the great grandparent lines to be used which would greatly simplify recruitment while maintaining high standards.
A new slate of offi cers was presented and approved. The primary change with David Perkins stepping in as our new Governor and Richard Tombaugh as our new secretary.
