Almighty and everliving God, who art the root of all wisdom and whose law is truth, we are grateful for thy presence with us as we take counsel for the renewal and mission of our Order. We trust in thee that we might perceive what is right. Grant us both the courage to pursue it and the grace to accomplish it to the honor of our founders and patriots and to thy glory. Through thy son our Savior, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Our Heavenly Father, please look down upon this assembly and grant that we may perform our duties in a fashion that will reflect your guidance. Endow us with your wisdom, look over our work and protect and guide us to reflect generosity and esprit-de-corps. Look over our country's armed forces wherever they may be and let us remember them and our Patriot Ancestors in our work, actions and prayers. Amen.
Associate Tommy Mead, Secretary Maryland Society

We begin this gathering to our purpose with thanksgiving to thee, 0 Lord, for the many blessings of this life provided in thy mercy: our food, our sky, our lakes and rivers, our friendships of comfort and trust and most of all, the hope of thy saving grace. We are gratefully confident that the path toward freedom taken by our founding and patriot families was providentially guided and we strive to continue that heritage this day. As we are about the doings of our Order, may the blessed Holy Spirit visit with divine influence upon us so that what we accomplish is acceptable in thy sight and sets forth thy glory. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Chaplain General

Dear Heavenly Father, our Supreme Governor General; We thank you for our many blessings, particularly the pleasure of enjoying that special fellowship that comes from a common heritage. We gratefully remember our forebears who through suffering and death maintained stout hearts to lay the foundations of our country and preserve its liberties. Finally, we remember those of our Associates who are absent and may be in trouble, sorrow, need, sickness or any other adversity. And would thou bless this food to our use and us to Thy service. Amen.
Associate Jerry Clifford, Jr., Secretary RI Society

In our prayers, O Lord, we join our unfeigned thanks for all thy tender mercies;
We thank thee for our being, our reason, and all other endowments and faculties of soul and body;
We thank thee for our health, these friends, food and raiment, and all the other comforts and conveniences of life.
We bless thee for thy patience with us, notwithstanding our many and great provocations;
We bless thee for all the directions, assistances and comforts of thy Holy Spirit;
We bless thee for thy continual care and watchful providence over us through the course of our lives;
and particularly for the mercies and benefits of this day, and this gathering to our purpose:
beseeching thee to continue these thv blessings to us; and to give us grace to show our thankfulness in sincere obedience to thy commandment. Amen.
Chaplain General

Heavenly Father, we thank you this day for our many Blessings and the Liberty which you have bestowed upon us through your Providence, and by the sacrifices of our forebears. We thank you for the democratic Freedoms we enjoy on this day that are the results of our Founders and Patriots doing their patriotic duties. We are deeply indebted. Please comfort and protect our service people of today, wherever they may be, protecting us from those who would do us and our nation evil. Be with these young Patriots as they carry today's burdens for a free world for all mankind. We ask your guidance today in our deliberations as we seek to serve our country in our own small way and to glorify you. Amen
