Twenty five members and guests of the RIOFPA and the RI Sons of the Revolution, met at the Clarke Cooke House in Newport, RI for a luncheon today (May 4) to celebrate Rhode Island Independence Day.

Our speaker, Professor Terence Rochrig, Professor of East Asian Studies at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI, presented a fascinating talk entitled "The Problem in North Korea".
