Any man of the age of eighteen years, of good moral character and reputation and a citizen of the United States.
Who is lineally descended in the male line of either parent, from an ancestor who settled in any of the Colonies now included in the United States of America prior to 13 May 1657.
Background
™ During the first half of the 17th century, a great migration of colonists set out from Europe to seek freedom in a new land. In tiny ships they crossed the gray Atlantic to carve out settlements on the east coast of what is now the United States.

Fall Bulletin 2008
The New Hampshire society held a joint meeting with the New Hampshire Society of Colonial Wars this spring. The speaker was the Governor of the Colonial Wars Society, J. Allen Lighthall, who is also a member of the N.H. Society of OFPA. He gave an informative talk on General Burgoyne’s plan and military thrusts in the American Revolution.
We are also pleased to welcome a new member, Joshua H. Tuck and are working on papers for other candidates.
We were greatly saddened by the loss on July 5th 2008 of our Maine Associate Mr. Joseph W.P. Frost, who has been a staunch supporter of our society over the years.
